Industrial IT projects management for the wastewater sanitation department, I'm actually the manager for the standardisation of the Industrial Systems for both all services : Water production, Wastewater, Distribution and Maintenance. I'm the main leader for to determine the future of the common architecture of the whole department.

I was one of the manager of the digitalisation team by providing to the daily business of the plants : - An in-house MES. - By being the product owner of the MES and taking care of their needs. - By being close to the production IT and the others departments to create or improve their assembly lines and test rigs. - Leadership in automation projects, I designed the interface for special machines, PLC and other tiers applications to our MES. I was a Project Manager with strong technical skills.

I started my career as a Industrial IT consultant by taking the leadership of the assembly lines process of the Nantes plant owns by Vaillant Group. I did the retrofit of a high runner lines in few days and managed all of the projects about automation and packaging units. Also I was a programmer with LabVIEW, I quickly understood the in-house MES and did troubleshooting and improvements.
