My main duties are Computer networking, Website design and maintenance, Point of Sales, Internet Sales Management, and Budget Management.

I was responsible for the service support strategies and processes required to enable new solutions/product roll out. Created several Knowledge Base solutions based on trouble calls from customers and technicians. A Knowledge Base solution is used for automated problem resolutions via the web and used by customers and Xerox problem call takers world wide. Teaming with various business and technical groups within Xerox, I created Service Operations Guides, Planning Guides, Service/User Documentation.

Interfaced with customers to develop a systems analysts to highlight their Xerox solution needs saving time and money for both Xerox and the customer. Received calls from Regional XSIS Engineering Managers with regard to new applications, solutions, and proposal development which led to new business and new products for Xerox.

I was the System Administrator for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) central printing shop in Washington DC. I was responsible for the daily operations of the Electronic Printing System and any problem resolution with the system. I worked on Documenting the workflow at the IMF and helped identify potential consolidation points for information within their workflow that reduced redundancy and proposed tracking mechanisms that provided better control.
