15 years of diverse technical background, including software development, machine learning, computer vision, IT consulting, and business analysis. As a manager and technical co-founder, I am experienced in building the team from scratch and taking full ownership of the end results — from identifying business needs to establishing development processes and delivering fully implemented software. I combine Agile practices with deep appreciation of psychology, fostering an emotionally safe and caring while effective work culture. As an engineer and analyst, my career has largely focused on developing and maintaining mission-critical systems (GDS, ERP, industrial software) with primary focus on C++ on Linux and C# on Windows. My expertise also extends to a variety of tools and domains including: Python, Docker, databases, data science & deep learning with PyTorch, iOS, 3D graphics, SolidWorks API, and others. I am an Israeli citizen and do not require an entry visa for the EU.
