The main goal that I pursue in my work is to achieve maximum product value as a result ofthe work performed by the product team. The product I'm working on is a Photo StudioAutomation Module and related E-commerce projects using Agile / Kanban methodology. - Full-cycle product management: from the formation and management of stakeholders'expectations (creation of a single point of entry for requirements) to acceptance andsupport - Product backlog management, weekly meetings and prioritizing team work.

My responsibilities included pre-project survey, communication with business customers,contractors and directly with developers, coordination of project teams (includinginternational teams-Germany, India), design of future systems, prototyping, writingtechnical documentation in two languages - Russian/English, also reporting on keyprojects to plant top management.
