Started as a hobby project, atWork has grown into a widely-used iOS app with a 4.7/5.0 average rating on the App Store from 68,000+ worldwide reviews. It helps freelancers, employees, and hourly workers track working hours, overtime, and earnings, with easy timesheet export. My responsibilities: • Define and drive product vision and roadmap. • Manage customer support and user feedback. • Lead App Store Optimization and user acquisition strategies.

• Led the end-to-end rebuild of the checkout flow across 15 markets. • Launched new delivery options in checkout, achieving high adoption rates. • Introduced shipment tracking, one of the most visited pages on Zalando. • Developed internal tools, including size recommendation systems and checkout monitoring dashboard. • Streamlined the Gift Cards API onboarding process for B2B partners, including accounting and reporting.
