Developed features and maintained the ARS OM project, a centralized enterprise system for office equipment replacement and software upgrade/installation for clients such as Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Post, and Daimler. Automated end-to-end business processes for logistics, equipment maintenance, and remote software deployment using PL/SQL procedures, Perl scripts, and BMC Action Request System (ARS) workflows.
