- Streamlining BS Account Reconciliation process for assigned locations; - Supporting several teams during ME closing process;

- Preparing the monthly global consolidation ensuring results are reported accurately and are in compliance with IFRS; - Coordinating global reporting schedules; - Ensuring consistency of records across regions; - Preparing consolidation and inter-company elimination entries; - Directs efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures and policies for the group; - Responsible for providing decision makers with accurate and timely accounting information.

- GL accounting for Funding and small companies; - Reporting to the Deutsche Bundesbank via online portal for the Funding; - Liaison with Colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth operation of the process.

- Participating in the transition process to the SSC; - Executing assigned business tasks; - Participating in the UAT during SAP implementation; - Assisting with developing processes following specific requirements of the SAP system; - Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities; - Preparing DTPs for the to-be process; - Communicating with different departments – accounting, project team, IT team.

- Leading a team of 10 people and managing accounting related functions for an international company; - Closely monitoring and assisting in the day-to-day book keeping process; - Keeping track of reconciliation and reviewing of GL accounts; - VAT Return preparation and consolidation under Swiss VAT Law; - Participation in the monthly accounting closing; - Performing accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.

- Executing month-end account closing activities and reconciliations; - Assisting various departments in accounting issues and queries; - Reconciling general ledger accounts; - Bank reconciliation; - VAT Return preparation and consolidation under Swiss VAT Law; - Adhering to standard accounting principles and company procedures.

- Allocating incoming and outgoing cash; - Actively monitoring outstanding balances - non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities; - Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances; - Communicate with customers via phone, email; - Executing debtor payments and direct debit; - Participating in the dunning letter process; - Assisting with month-end closing; - Participating in the improvement of the self-billing process.
