Created an automated test device that significantly reduced quality control time from 2 products per day to under 5 minutes per product. Redesigned PCBs to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Developed a method to trim the frequency of a standard crystal, achieving <0.01 ppm accuracy despite temperature variations, while eliminating the need for a TCXO, reducing power consumption by 15%.

Skin Scrubber Project: Designed an ultrasonic face scrubber with piezoelectric technology, featuring cleansing, moisturizing, and lifting modes. Advanced Battery Management System (BMS): Created a high-performance BMS for EVs with safety features including short-circuit/overcurrent protection, over/under voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and ESD protection. The system is scalable for up to 15 battery cells.

Designed hardware & programmed microcontrollers for medical/industrial devices: digital pressure switch with real-time PID (2023), multi-zone temp controller (2022), PWM laser driver with safety features (2022), 300W high-efficiency half-bridge converter (2022), and a fast automated thermal shoe cover machine with real-time diagnostics (2021).
