My responsibilities as a Team Leader include: •Taking over all responsibilities and competencies when managing/coaching a team (4 direct reports) •Technical Accounting Trainer on an international basis (such as: Zurich, Bermuda, Singapore/HongKong) •International Knowledge Transfer Toronto-Zurich during transition phase •Experience in Project Management: publishing of internal employee manual •Strong participation in the elaboration and execution of new Reinsurance Accounting Seminars

•Analysis and processing of worldwide inward technical accounts (Non-Proportional and Pro Rata) •Providing high quality accounting data for the quarterly closings under consideration of Sarbanes & Oxley control processes •Project SICS/nt implementation: Task Force Team •International Support in Paris: Task Force Team •International Business Support and Training in Bermuda •Other special projects: High involvement and strong support of various IT and business related issues
