Analysing Next Generation Sequencing Data and planning the experimental setup, I answer the important clinical and biological questions: identify pathogens in sick animals, find druggable mutations in cancer patients, identify disease aetiology in osteoarthritis and depression patients etc. I use the existing tools (mappers, variant calling tools, statistical analysis tools) and develop new ones or adapt the existing ones when they are not suitable for the data or questions we want to answer.
