As a member supervisory board, I am in control of clubs'​ property and my powers are derived primarily from the statute of the club and the confidence of the club's Assembly. Carrying out professional activities, preparing analytical and informative and other materials, preparing meetings of the Committee, preparing minutes and making reports of the Committee, keeping the records of the Committee meetings.

Analytical and other tasks related to European integration process. Organizing study visits for the employees of the National Assembly and members of Parliament to representative bodies of other countries. Preparing materials for visiting members of the Assembly and its working bodies, representative bodies of other countries, international and regional organizations and other tasks as requested by the Head of Department.

On the Steering Committee meetings, we are discussing the progress during the Project. Also, we have an overview of the upcoming activities, as well as various other issues which required the attention and efforts of both, Members States and Beneficiary of the Twinning project.

Typical work activities included: researching and analyzing financial information relating to specific companies, monitoring the financial news using specialist media sources; conducting regular meetings with the management of the companies, sometimes at their premises, keeping up to date with market developments, making presentations and recommendations and producing summaries of research.

Responsibility for the general direction of the company; determining and executing corporate policy; making decisions regarding supervision of the entire company and as well as products and services; monitoring the fulfilling the Company’s objectives, corporate strategy and risk inherent to the business activities, the structure and operation of the internal risk management and control systems, the financial reporting process and compliance with applicable rules and regulations; and other duties.

Investment in shares, bonds and other assets. Working on behalf of organisations, such as pension funds or insurance companies, where the sums of money invested are huge. Being involved in investment trusts or unit trusts, products bought by individuals, which tend to involve smaller sums (compared to institutional funds). The work involves: - meeting with clients, - gathering information, often over the internet or telephone; - researching.

Creating and executing project work-plans, identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities, effectively applying the methodology and enforces project, minimizing exposure and risk on the project, ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Working on the 'sell side' or the 'buy side' of the business. The 'sell side' involves advising stockbrokers on what to recommend to their clients in terms of buying and selling; the 'buy side' involves working for investment management companies, pension funds and insurance companies, helping them decide on how to generate the best return on their investments. I worked as 'buy side' investment analysts.
