Regular use of SAP, RTC, Gitlab, MS Project, MS office etc. Projects are mainly in the field of Industrial automation (HMI and CNC).

Teaching and research activities on Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, project management module. Teaching activities on Bsc and Msc level for more than 150 students annually. Research activities - conducted research in 3 big IT companies. Training and courses - Provided training on PMI standard and Agile methods for several large organisations in Serbia, trained more than 180 professionals in total.

The research staff of the Miprosoft research group at the University of the Balearic Islands. Two-year research on Agile adoption process in large IT companies in Spain - more than 50 professionals interviewed. Provided trainings (PMI standard and Agile methods) for more than 60 professionals from three organisations in Spain.

Planning and control of 6 international projects (budget <300.00 euros) as service for academic staff from Faculty Departments. Succesful implementation of the organisational business process for project initiation. Project Management fundamentals training delivered to more than 150 academic staff.

Performed research in two large IT companies in Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca, Spain. The research was carried out as a part of doctoral thesis research with focus on new project Management methods and business process tailoring in large IT companies.

Doctoral thesis was conducted in Serbia and Spain and it was grounded in two research disciplines - Software Engineering and Engineering Management. The aim research was to explore the process of Agile method adoption process and hybrid methods for project management in large IT organizations.

Two-year Erasmus Mundus master program in the area of Industrial Management. The joint degree of three European Universities: KTH Stockholm, Politechnical University of Madrid and Politechnical University of Milan. Each semester was conducted at different Institution from the Consortia.

Study program was organised as a 5-year integrated program in Electrical Engineering. Subjects were mainly in Computer Engineering area, mainly providing skills for software development, embedded programming and automation and system control.
