Coordination of onshore and offshore teams for Infrastructure Oracle Replatform Unix AIX to Oracle Linux (Azure Cloud), data base migration, infrastructure set up and new DRP set up. Single Sign On implementation for South America subsidiaries. Oracle EBS Supply Chain, transportation, Moniloc, ASCP-MRP Production Planning and CRM Salesforce projects.

Managing global production support, enhancements and projects with local and off shore teams (US, UK, India, Philippines, China and Brazil). Change Manager for EAS Middleware interfaces and global applications. PM: Implement Global Payroll (ADP Outsourcing) with Peoplesoft system in Latam, and eSocial project for Brazil. IPG Latam Shared Service Center implementation (back office) in Colombia. Brazil SAP template rollout for 21 companies. Mastersaf implementation: OneSource ECF and Mastersaf DW.

SAP Global template roll out in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico in order to harmonize the worldwide processes in Finance, Purchasing, Sales, CRM, HR and local Tax. Synchro System implementation interfacing with SAP (Local statutory requirements). Project development according to Global management directions facing big challenges to explain country local requirements and customizations. Project knowledge transfer to off shore operations team in India.

Responsible for IT department leading projects in Latam within a common program in network, telecom, application systems and compliance requirements (ICE and SOX) including SPED Contabil and Fiscal Tax requirements. Leading IT security team for 7 countries in Latin America.

Responsible to manage all SAP enhancements and projects for GM in South America. SAP operation lead for Andean and Middle East. Manage incident, problem, change and release management according to GM business strategy. Target: Business visibility: Actual X Planned costs (Factory Project Health Analysis). Project Manager for Infrastructure in LATAM, Africa & Middle East. Leading global projects: Network security administration and telecommunication.

SAP full implementation project. SAP IBP S&OP implemented connected to MES system (production plant). Regional CRM application for sales department. Global Supply Chain system: Full implementation and the customization to attend the Brazilian statutory and tax requirements.
