- Conducting and successfully completing plant installations on client’s site according to defined procedures and quality standards - Completing installation reports and document issues through a number of online tools - Solving any technical problems that may arise - Maintenance of the plants to make them flourish

- monitoring the health of all plants and greenscapes - trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns - weeding gardens and keeping green spaces - paving walkways ad keeping them clear of debris and litter - installing robotic lawn mowers and irrigation systems

- gathering first experience in carpentry, framing and finish work - learning by doing carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction

- Prepare walls and ceilings for stucco and cement by cleaning, taping and fixing any holes or cracks - Create a mortar mix, modify it when necessary and ensure the new plaster matches the consistency and texture of the existing plaster - Design the desired texture and create unique plaster such as concrete imitations - Construct scaffolding so plaster can be applied to ceilings and other hard-to-reach places - Hang sheets to protect doors and windows from wet plaster and remove light switch covers

- Overseeing construction work to make sure that the work matches the plans. Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction. - Confer with client, engineers, and building architects to understand a project. - Determining costs of materials used to assist the client in making decisions about the project at hand. - Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.

- Using gardening to rehabilitate young patients who have sustained mental or physical injury (primary and high school age) - Providing patients with a way to relax and to do something constructive, both of which aid and speed the healing process - Teach a patient how to maintain a garden in order to give them a sense of caring

Understanding the factors that affect design systems and decision-making, such as resource constraints, system constraints and recognition of engineering problems to be solved.
