San Antonio, Texas I lead Virtkick's marketing and sales. I make sure people know what Virtkick is and how to get it. I convince the undecided, handle customer complaints, lead the negotiation process, deploy the product itself and monitor the customer experience. I handle both inbound and outbound sales and continuously enhance user experience cooperating with company designer using the user metrics.

remote I handled company communication, especially employer branding. I was involved in organising company events and conferences and acted as a speaker when need arose. Lunar Logic was the place where my IT adventure begun. I came across the company website and decided to send an open application. I got accepted and I quickly learned the basics of marketing, community management and company culture development. I managed company communication - blog posts, new websites and social media. I was a product owner of several internal projects. I revived and lead Krakow Ruby User Group, handled internships and job applications.

I've co-founded and lead the Hackerspace foundation, leading the way with the vision of an open workshop for techies and non-techies alike. I also secured foundation's first HQ, acquired sponsors and organised several technical workshops, including a robotics workshop for women and a cooperation with Krakow's Fine Arts University's students.
