The Client Onboarding Team is responsible for managing and developing the early stage of the client relationship, ensuring clients are presented with our product advantages and benefits. As part of our German customer service team, I am the first point of contact to our German clients. I am responsible for collecting business documents submitted by our clients and I get a chance to develop a deep understanding of the SME customer base.

As an Intern I was working within a team of 11 and providing support for thousands of agency employees, main duties include: •Creating new starter and leaver documentation - contracts / contract extensions and resignation acknowledgement letters •Inputting and updating personnel information into Ptalent •Assisting the benefits team with medical insurance, pension and other benefits requests •Officiating probation and promotion processes •Working alongside payroll to ensure effective monthly pay runs
