As an associate Recruiter, I perform multi-channel sourcing to find qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future openings. I use competency-based interviewing techniques to assess the candidates. I am responsible for the daily interaction with the client/HR business partners and manage the expectations of the candidates (timely and constructive feedback). As a Recruitment Coordinator, I have a crucial role in the team and manage the entire recruiting and onboarding process from A to Z.

As an HR advisor, I wrote HR documents and work processes. I was a sparring partner for the director and the account managers. I also worked hands-on with the inflow, throughput and outflow of personnel. I regularly recruited 'remote employees' (the Virtual Assistant) for employers who are willing to let go of the old 9-5 principle. In addition to my HR work for Moneypenny itself, I also worked for clients as an HR advisor, Recruiter and (virtual) management assistant.

At Rabobank I worked 'from bottom to top' in the HR department. First as a senior HR assistant. As a result, I know everything about administrative and supporting HR tasks. Then as a HR advisor; I have carried out many consultancy and policy assignments. Tasks: recruitment, HR accounting, writing policy notes and reports, personnel administration, support the HR manager, onboarding new employees, optimization of the HR Back Office, for example by digitizing work processes.
