Über mich
My name is Miriam Kamhoot-Hooft. Since April 2022 I am working with great pleasure as an International (associate) Recruiter at Korn Ferry in the EMEA-iRPO Team. I have been working in Human Resources for almost 20 years. After finishing my bachelors degree I started my HR career at Randstad, where I learned recruitment in detail. I then worked in the HR department at Rabobank 'from bottom to top'. First as a senior HR assistant, so I know all about administrative and supportive HR tasks. Then as an HR consultant where I regularly sat around the table with the bank's senior management. In February 2015, I started working as a freelance HR advisor and management assistant. From 2016 to 2022 I also worked for Moneypenny, where as an HR advisor I wrote HR documents and work processes. As an associate Recruiter, I perform multi-channel sourcing to find qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future openings. I use competency-based interviewing techniques to assess the candidates. I am responsible for the daily interaction with the client/HR business partners and manage the expectations of the candidates (timely and constructive feedback). As a Recruitment Coordinator, I have a crucial role in the team and manage the entire recruiting and onboarding process from A to Z.
