Support line managers in ensuring their recruitment needs are fulfilled. This includes working with management to understand job role requirements, screening applications, interviewing candidates, and essentially ensuring the successful completion of vacancies.

LLSA was a small German life insurance company which went out of business in 2012. General administrative tasks, travel and event organisation, travel and expense reports, translations from French texts into German, as well as Human Resources (set-up of job descriptions, selection of CVs for vacancies, invitation of the candidates, keeping track of job applications, mailings regarding the recruitment etc.)

Assistant of the General Manager Sales & Service North Europe and of the Marketing Manager Europe. Creation of presentations, Travel organisation and all other administrative tasks. Working very closely with the Marketing department regarding events such as internal incentives and fairs (mostly international fairs). Invitation mailings to customers and realisation of internal surveys. Contact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department. Organisation of a Trade show for plastics and rubbers called the “Kunststoffmesse” (K-Show) in Düsseldorf, 8 days long show. Hotel coordination for the Husky employees and customers, around 150 people per day (coming from all over the world). Follow-up of the creation of a Show-guide and Restaurant guide for internal use
