Gathered and analysed data in order to provide value-add insights on local GAAP disclosure requirements and to highlight risks of non-compliance or potential opportunities for standardization. Hands-on experience on preparation of lead schedules and statutory financial statements using excel and a newly developed GR-COE tool under Nordics and UK&I GAAP. Proven quality project management experience: from budgeting and planning to engagement economics, execution and final client delivery.

Assisted with and developed the business model and forecasts to support the project’s financing decisions; the model was inclusive of a revenue model, perspective Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements which were flexible on the underlying assumptions (customized excel macros were also used to achieve this).

Active involvement into the design and implementation of best practices for statutory and group reporting audits including pioneer undertaking a central CAS aligned to EY GAM PSP to facilitate reductions of duplicate work at local level and enhance centralized audit procedures; actively supporting the development of the GR-COE website that currently provides real time global visibility over statutory audits. Also established and assisted the transition of processes to the India-based team.

Worked closely with credit controllers to carry out payments reconciliations and closely with the European Compliance Manager on legal issues. Carried out front and back office tasks to efficiently support a wide range of issues and complaints from a population of +80,000 top experts across the area. Analyzed and quantified the output of cost reduction negotiations to identify potential cost savings on a global basis reporting directly to the CFO.
