• Methodical leading of an 8-member team during requirements and design phase of the project. • Providing training in requirements engineering. • Requirements capturing. • Supplier oversight. • Activities related to DO-178C certification. Creation of documentation and artefacts according to objectives of the DO-178C for a level A software. Project: Software library for a Level A software.

• Full responsibility for coordination of activities on two devices including software, hardware, and mechanical activities. • Coordination of SW activities for all devices of the system within a DO-178C, Level D software project. • Planning of activities and oversight of supplier activities. • Cooperation with and coordination of suppliers. • Creation of commercial proposals. • Communication with customers and analysis of their requirements.

Requirements and design maintenance and development of embedded software for Common Remote Data Concentrator according to DO-178B standard level A.

Set up, maintenance and verification of processes (development, verification, integration), performing of internal audits, performing of trainings, preparation for European certification authorities audits. All according to DO-178B standard level B and level C. Additionally responsible for configuration management and management of development team.

Requirements management, design update, development and testing of embedded software for digital electronic controllers for airplane engines. All according to DO-178B standard level A. Member of certification team for US certification authorities audits.
