• Responsible for effective operation of 4 HEV transmission dynamometer test cells. • Confirm proper installation of hybrid transmission in dynamometer cell. • Coordinate test cell schedule development. • Perform HEV calibration changes to maintain desired operation mode. • Perform data analysis to confirm proper operation of HEV system to ensure that test objectives are realized. • Investigate hybrid, transmission and engine failure codes. Perform high level diagnosis of these failure codes.

• On-Site customer training – HMC Tech Center, Namyang, South Korea • Calibration of purge and fuel level subsystems for ULEV-II. • Calibration of evaporative, tank pressure sensor and fuel level sender diagnostics for OBD-II • Extreme ambient, driveability, diagnostic demonstration. • Emission testing to verify that purge targets are met while balancing needs of the purge subsystem and the fuel system diagnostic. • Travel to customer production facility to calibrate of End Of Line test.
