In 2013, I founded Oscar Harrington, a recruitment business specialising in autonomous technology, specifically for land, sea & air applications. We cover both permanent and contract staffing requirements. Our skill set expertise includes machine / deep learning, computer vision / robotics software, embedded software (firmware / control software), electronic hardware, systems engineering, safety and security.

From October 2012, I was responsible for Fitch Recruitment's Technology division called 'Fitchtech' which focused on the recruitment and head-hunting of technical professionals in the areas of Electronic Systems and Software. Prior to this, I provided full life cycle talent acquisition services in the specialist field of Human Resources.

Promoted to Senior Recruitment Specialist in February 2012, responsible for all permanent Electronics, Software and Systems recruitment for Matchtech's Automotive client base. - To provide academic licensing and pricing support to UK partners and distributors and internal team members via phone, email, face-to-face and 'Live Meetings'. - Management of exception/amendment processing on behalf of the UK subsidiary. - To ensure complete and error-free completion of contracts, amendments and processing of approvals. - Assist in agreement closure, managing the contract flow through processing from reseller/distributor to European Operations Centre.
