- coordinate, training and release procedure for OEE, TEEP, 6S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping and others Lean tools implementation;- coordinate the Industrial Engineering Team in all day activity for fulfilling and support the Company goals;- briefing the Lean Manufacturing Team in Industrial Engineering field;- optimize the production reports for a clear understanding of the results;

- maximize the actual production capacities by controling the production planning according to JIT and FIFO system and respecting the absolute quality and consumption limits of compounds, optimize the material flow and layouts according to Lean Production;

- improvements for processes, working method’s and material flow by optimize or implement new technologies; - capacities, budgets and resources calculations (analysis and synthesis) for actual and future production, establish targets for volumes, losses, productivity and mix factor;

- develop and apply management strategies for improve the company situation. Develop projects for financing by European Structural Founds, develop and assimilate new product (design in Inventor, getting new technology for manufacturing), develop marketing strategy, collaborate with international companies for finding new business opportunities, financial analysis, marketing studies, suppliers evaluations.

- project leader for Renault products, planning and assure the applying of all the internal actions, coordinate the pre serial activities (tests, PPAP), create and release revisions of PFMEA , create production file, make and participate at internal audits, offer support for production department to achieve the volume and qualities objectives by optimize the manufacturing process, flows and layout's.

- create and actualize production files, P-FMEA, control plans, flowcharts, layout’s, project leader (for new products, Five S and ISO 14001 implementation), - production coordination for air filter product (planning, daily reports, headcount, responsible for volumes and quality of the product).
