As Tesa's Talent Acquisition Manager, my role centers on bridging Corporate Business units with suitable talent, attracting top-notch candidates, and formulating innovative recruitment strategies that champion diversity. My responsibilities include understanding unique business needs, translating them into talent profiles, and cultivating a strong talent pipeline for Tesa. My efforts ensure the continuous revitalization of our human capital, playing a crucial part in Tesa's ongoing business success.

My role at Cielo has included a number of assignments across Life-Science Accounts. in the first 18 months; I delivered revenues exciding £800000. working with various clients, I have led the design and execution of recruitment campaigns globally for Senior Management roles in both commercial and scientific functions with 0% agency use. In addition, I have used my extensive search and sourcing experience to build trust relationships with Key executives, providing mapping and data insights for niche roles.

As a Senior Talent Partner EU, I have worked closely with functional heads and regional/country leaders to source, acquire, and recruit key talent for various roles. My achievements include a comprehensive recruitment campaign for Medical Affairs to support the launch of a new therapeutic area in the 'Big Five' markets, as well as the recruitment of leadership teams across Europe and Canada for Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PV), Finance, Medical Affairs, and Quality.

Contract Via Cielo RPO - Working in a global team I provided support for the recruitment in Itlay leveraging my language skills. I delivered several projects with tight deadlines in both Commercial and Medical Affairs in a challenging market during a period of transformation for the organisation. I covered both the Established Medicine (EMBU) and the Rare Diseases BU with a particular focus on Onco-Hematology.
