Process on Client Service Requests, covering validation, investigation, dispatching tasks between different services. Ensure Client Connectivity according to the production rules and the respect of the Market Map, guaranteeing high availability and quality. Architecture & users validation, define the connection client/broker in order to reach different markets. I developed some Perl scripts under Linux aiming to accelerate the checking process, extracting data from Product logs and making reports.

Within my End of Study Project, I had to apply an Agile Systems Development Life Cycle to implement a geolocalisation system for a car fleet, tracking uses GPS/GSM technology, the solution is a desktop application based on Web service.

My role in an international development team is to create & update client’s website, involving website plan modification, ensuring database optimization and W3C validation, all the work was through Cometik own Content Management System.

Accelerated Development Cycles with the use of design pattern frameworks. Developed and maintained corporate Internet website through an Open Source CMS.

My time at that point was to develop a Web application for the Regional Association of Hunting & Shooting of Sfax government. Managing news, members and plans was the principal task.

Software repair such as formatting, installing various operating system, restoration, data recovery. Hardware repair including desktop computers, laptops, servers, peripherals and networking hardware, which helps me a lot to understand the computer’s architecture.
