BTI Light A/S (from summer 2010 a part of the Dialight Ltd. group) is a manufacturer/distributor of aviation obstruction light and marine aids to navigate. Mainly for the offshore wind park marked. I was primarily responsible for looking up new accounts (wind turbine manufactures and EPC contractors within the WT industry) in the offshore wind industry in Germany.

Leading Danish investment company owned by some major Danish banks/pension fonds. Today reconstructed and managed by Kirk & Thorsen A/S I was responsible for portefoliemanagement, strategy, due diligence, turn around, reporting (P&L, balance and cash flow) etc. for several of our investments.

Elmanet A/S is a leading distributer of measuring equipment in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Elmanet was a part of the Louis Poulsen group (now Lemvigh-Müller). 25 employees. As CEO I was responsible for the reconstruction of the Elmanet group before it was aquired by New Instruments A/S (now Elma Instruments A/S).

Nettest A/S (today a part of the Anritzu group) was a leading manufacturer of optical measuring equipment and test systems for the telecommunication industry. I was responsible for optical measuring solutions and optical components for manufactures of optical fibers and components in Scandinavia.

Hans Buch + Co. A/S is a leading industrial distributor in Denmark within electronics, mechanical equipment, marine equipment, process equipment and instrumentation. Hans Buch + Co. A/S is today a part of the Fritz Schur group. 60 emplyees. Apart from being a member of the management and board, I was responsible for a division within electronics which achieved excellent financial results. My partner and I sold Hans Buch + Co. A/S to AEG Industries A/S in 1999.

Leading manufacture of measuring equipment for tele- and datacommunications systems. Today a part of the JDSU group.
