Accumulating and recording all the financial transactions of different clients like revenue, costs, expenses, A/R, A/P accounts, reconciliations and bank transactions. - Preparing monthly VAT report for clients. - Recording all tax transactions and reconciling the tax account on monthly basis. - Work with different type of Swedish accounting program (Fortnox- Briljant- Wolters Kluwer)

- Participating in annual budget work. - Review and recordation of journal entries required to reflect the monthly activity. - Coordinate and record investments made by shareholder, etc. - Supervision of all accounts payable processed in corporate office. - Accurate and timely production of all financial information - Proper analytical review of the asset operations from a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow perspective as well as an overall business perspective

Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a number of accounting staff including but not limited to: cash reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, A/R transactions, fixed assets activity, payroll, A/P transactions, and recording of revenue and expenses. Produce quarterly and annual financial statements and financial reports in full compliance with the internal & external audit requirements and disclosures. - Responsible for daily cash management.
