I perform organizational IT systems architecture reviews & assessments, recommend current & future hardware and software strategies for the group, & develop support procedures and strategies for existing systems & networks. I gather subsidiary's business requirements & convert them into solutions.

For our smart buildings, I used to plan the architectural IT infrastructure during the construction time. Hereafter I used to design & configure telecommunications devices, networks and systems (e.g. voice, data, security, and A/V systems). I worked with specifications, building drawings & regulations/standards (e.g. TIA). Also, I used to evaluate and procure new products & services from vendors. I was heavily involved in sales by contacting tenants and convincing them to buy our IT services.

(Outsourcing) I was assigned to different projects: National Bank of Kuwait (i. Consultancy in Building a Service Desk, ii. Software Quality Assurance), Burgan Bank - Kuwait (SOA Assessment).

I used to administer & develop the ATG Web portal (3 sites). Also, I worked as the main admin of the organization’s network and systems (Exchange, Windows servers, switches, wireless, etc.).

I used to teach Diploma students several IT courses, such as full MCSE track, programming, database, etc.
