Worked as a CAD PDM coach and support for 100+ of end users of the BMW PDM webclient, answering all relevant requests and questions in a timely manner. Improvement of the test process and creation of training documentation, resulting in increased workplace efficiency and reduced test execution time. Managed 5 testing projects from Requirement Analysis and Writing Test Cases to Planning and Executing Tests according to the Agile process, until reporting Defects and preparing Test Reports in under 2 years.

Analyzed and transfered of manually cutted parts to an automatic cutter (CN). Initiated, led and managed the change from analyzing the existing state to study of the profit. Managed the change of 60+ parts from the manual workshop to the automatic machines, resulting in increased security and quality, and reduced timely cut execution.

Continuous improvement: organization and optimization of tools and equipment using 5S method in the crankshaft and camshaft workshop.
