- During year 2019 I have Worked as an IT expert for GIZ Water Sector Improvement Program (WSIP) in Afghanistan, prepared an Information Technology (IT) assessment report for water sector institutions in Afghanistan. - Provide Interim IT Management and IT Consultancy for Organizations with a different industries such as Government, Airlines operations, Business Registry, Industrial Property Protection, Financial, Manufacturing, Medical, Human Resources, and Administrative.

- Responsible for all IT services and operations in the ministry and its branches in the governorates, responsible too for all e-government initiatives and projects in the ministry. - Oversee the development and implementation of IT applications in the ministry. - Identify, recommend, and implement a proper IT solutions for all aspects of the ministry. - Manage an IT team of 20-30. Recommend training needs, and promotions for all IT Staff. Monitor and evaluate IT staff performance.

- Participated in the planning, and implementation of GTZ IT projects for the Presidential Office and the Central Organization for Control and Auditing Yemeni government institutions. - Involved in managing and designing software applications, implementing IT Strategy, IT assessment , IT Procurement, and giving training for IT Staff. - Studied, analyzed, and designed 14 different software applications.

- Led, and Implemented a different software applications for the ministry related to trade, and bi-lateral agreements. - Participated in the Planning, coordinating, designing, and follow up implementation of all IT-related activities of the ministry.

- Led, developed, and implemented a different airlines software applications for engineering department related to Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Components Control, and Workshops Repairable.
