Main responsibilities include: - Sizing, Planning and performing integration and system administration activities. - Conducting KTs and Product Training to our Customers personnel.

Working as a Project Manager to understand and translate Marketing requirements into tailored IMS solutions and acting as the privileged interlocutor with the different entities. - Project Management: Accountable on indicators such as TTM, Service Quality, Fraud Prevention, Customer Experience & Network monetization. - Conducting TTM milestones presentations to top management (Technical and Executive audience). - VAS Platforms management (Specifications, evaluation, integration, tests,...)

Pre-Project: “Technology migration of narrowband services toward VoIP via Huawei's MSAN Solution MA5600T.” • Main Project : “Designing a new IPTV access solution for Maroc Telecom.” Selected Contributions: - Helped on the deployment process of new MSAN subracks for Maroc Telecom (Rabat/Casablanca) - Designed and proposed a new IPTV access solution to avoid bandwidth saturation due to service expansion.
