Lead the financial team in utilities project in Jordan-Amman. Analyzing the existing legacy system; gathering functional requirements through user meetings, gap analysis, and participation in process improvement teams; producing blueprint documents. Designing business processes and identified areas to streamline processes in multiple functional areas. Optimized integration of business process within FI, FM, CO, MM, HR, CA and PM modules.

 Prepare the standard reports using the reporting package for actual, Plan and Latest Estimates.  Preparing & updating monthly reporting tools and assist in preparing ad-hoc analysis  Aligns reporting systems with the organizational and functional responsibilities  Assist in preparing any additional reporting and analysis requirements for all functions

Bookkeeping of all employees’ advances on accounts such as travel advances Responsible for bookkeeping for respective GL accounts. All accounts mentioned above should be analyzed on monthly basis and filed on the monthly analysis file after the accounting manager approval on those analyses. Bookkeeping of all Transaction Issue Monthly Report contains the prepaid & accruals, end of service, discount received, and service rendered to 3rd parties
