Teach assisting in different courses for undergraduate levels (Rock mechanics – Drilling and Blasting – Computer applications in mining – Tunnelling and Engineering Geology).

Coordination, supervision and monitoring the Boreholes implementation and the geotechnical investigations done in the field and reporting phase as well for Great Cairo Metro Project; Line 3 and Line 4.

Responsible for the experimental work and preparing final technical reports under the supervision of the Lab. Professors

PhD is fully funded by DAAD (German academic exchange service) and supervised by Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Heinz Konietzky. The PhD topic is about the modelling of both the stiffness and strength anisotropy of laminated rocks.

A critical overview of the different mechanical criteria that concern on the anisotropy behavior of rocks has been introduced. Then, the thesis discusses the modifications of Hoek and Brown failure criterion for anisotropy.

Most of preliminary and basics of mining engineering such as material handling, mineral processing, mining methods, rock mechanics, geostatistics and land surveying.
