• Improved accuracy of the client's project estimates and the time required to generate those estimates by developing an application that automated the process of estimation cost by combining the data from the current ERP system with a custom-built algorithm. • Developed an AI to detect the assembly parts from the input drawing. Completed by performing feature engineering, selecting and tuning ML models, and establishing accuracy metrics.

•Analysed the PointCloud Data to develop further analysis from the digital model. • Developed a Grasshopper script to automate the positioning of facade elements from a scanned model of a brick wall, decreasing the average position variance by 30% and decreasing the time taken by a single user to position the elements by 80%.

• Designed multiple restaurant interiors, including the interior of the famous restaurant 'Super Star Pizza' (Chennai, India) in 2017, which was rated as one of the top 10 restaurant designs for the year 2017. • Created and submitted planning, building regulations, tenders, and construction documents on time, leading to successful contracts and project openings. • Coordinated and specified with clients, design consultants, and other professionals to plan and design buildings using (CAD) software.
