Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Arta Energy Petrochemical reforming Unit. Methanol production from natural gas

1- Review and validation of preliminary plans and material specifications for inclusion in request for bid packages . 2- Review of transport and delivery pipeline network proposals for adherence to National Gas Company’s standards and Level of Service requirements . 3- Design review and approval of distribution network plans and shop drawings. Recommended design improvements and scope additions when necessary. 4- Quality control of contractor’s work in accordance to contracted scope.

In Naghsh Avaran Toos Company, aerial maps of the area were initially reviewed. Then, the area was examined in terms of conditions and the possibility of gas distribution and also gas supply routes from the main lines. Afterwards, the basic design was produced in AutoCAD and the region was visited to finalize the map. Ultimately, the map was approved after the regional visit of Gas Company and proposed design and making final modifications.
