• Preparing daily Retail Mart’s stock report to re-order the stuff to meet its daily requirements with the help of the Local POS system Stock Report. • Managing team to maintain optimized inventory level to avoid over-stocking and low stocking while maintaining stock storage & rotation activities to avoid spoilage, damages and expired stocks. • Maintaining quality control by ensuring all stock is displayed, and shelves are cleaned, organized & loaded with fresh stocks to attract customers to maximize sales.
