• Maintaining PCs with periodic hardware and software checkups. • Managing customer accounts and assigned computers. • Managing the shop’s cash register and financial sheets and daily reports. • Supporting the business targets by encouraging customers to take offers.

• Checking the CAD/CAM files before sharing with the clients. • Working with the team to produce specific designs based on client requirements. • Creating designs using AutoCAD, then preparing them for laser cutting. • Utilizing different design software depending on client requirements. • CAD specific designs for A-laser customers, such as Apple, Lenovo, ITW, and others.

• Working closely with the Atlas Copco’s team to solve technical problems. • Gaining experience finding solutions for a technical problem. • Learning about the basics of maintenance processes. • Acquiring experience and knowledge about air compressors field.

• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service inquires. • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints. • Recommending potential products or services to management.
