Being part of a talent acquisition team as a tech intern, I always identify skilled workers meticulously as per the organizational needs. I am presently working on my thesis submission for my Msc corporate management studies. Previously, I also gained experience in financial accounting. Im an outgoing and gregarious person and I like to socialize a lot. During the inception of my master’s studies I realised my passion towards finding talent and analysing the potential of a person. I started working on my strong point and later on I stepped into the field of Human Resources to become fully fledged in it. I have proved my mettle in screening and sourcing. I am good at multitasking and second to none when it comes to fast learning. Accummulating knowledge regardless of the field has always been my weak point.
