I founded and led a large-scale garment manufacturing company with over 1,000 employees. I managed the full setup process—from factory installation and staff training across departments to workflow development and operational optimization. Under my leadership, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification and became an independent, structured, and sustainably operating facility.

I led the design department and helped build and train a full creative team, including fashion and graphic designers. Together, we developed a design unit that became the creative core of the factory. I worked closely on fabric and color choices to ensure each collection matched the brand and market trends.

This workshop started as a simple charitable initiative aimed at training young people and supporting the community. Over time, it evolved into a productive enterprise that combines social impact with professional manufacturing.
