-  Honda Automotive Project manager, responsible of project time schedule, direct customer interface since from kick-off to project’s end. -  Responsible of the CAE modelling activity (Workload, KPIs: Key Performance Indicator, respect of deadlines and quality, productivity, invoicing customers, OTD: On Time Delivery, OQD: On quality Delivery). -  Technical leader of CAE Team. -  Responsible for recruitment and training of new employees.

- Involving in a project relates to the Honda automotive industry by performing preprocessing of the vehicle components includes generating FE models and executing quality control -  Responsible for Finite Element modeling and mesh quality checks in the automobile industry based in HONDA  Automobile R&D Center in japan. -  Manage pre-analysis FEA pre-processing of automotive components and assemblies for the following analyses: CRASH NVH.
