My task at the IFS-RWTH Aachen University is to help on the different project specially FlexSBus-LR" an autonomous, light and flexible railcar Tasks such as: - Worked on a shared project of Schaeffler and Knorr Bremse - Assistance in industry project tasks (railway vehicle development) - Creating CAD design and taking geometry measurements in Solid Edge - Automation of technical standards for Multibody Simulation - Use of Python for Graph and Digital Data - Literature research

- Inspection of the engine and mechanical/electric components - Coordinated with power train and vehicle dynamics team - Executed routine maintenance of the vehicle - Worked with SAP jobs and file transfer - Organized shop floor and managed inventory data - Electronic Control Unit(ECU) diagnosis using the LAUNCH tool - Worked with AUTOSAR tool for configuration of ECU

- Responsible for maintaining the quality of Products and meeting the requirement of customers - Reviewed production records for accuracy and compliance - Supervised production staff of 40 people with 20 machines and provided the needed materials - Maintained and organized all records, documentation - Paperwork associated with quality engineering and inspection tasks.

- Completed 70hrs intensive training on Automotive Sketching, rendering, digital sculpting, and prototyping - Worked on future mobility concept design by using Alias design Software

Main focus: Mechatronics in Vehicle Engineering, Battery Storage Systems, vehicle Vibrations and Dynamics, Track Guidance, Rail-way Signalling, Timetabling and Route Planning, Advance Electric Drives, Electric Rail Traction Drives, Quality Management, Agile Management in Technology and Organization and Power Electronics. Technical Skills: Matlab/Simulink, Python, Plecs and QGIS.

The bachelor thesis focused on the CAD model of the power-train with the design of the battery pack for lead-acid using the Solid Works design tool. The tasks include the design of the controller for the 48 volt PMDC motor (MCU). Main Focus : Automotive Transmission System, Combustion Engine, Vehicle Dynamics, Vehicle Component and Design, Computer Programming and Utilization, Automotive Electrical Systems, Vehicle Testing and Garage Practice, and Thermodynamics.
