Technical Publications Department • Worked as Author and illustrator then as a Team Leader in Creating and maintenance of CIR (Cleaning, Inspection & Repair) manuals • Worked as onsite coordinator for a period of 6 months for CIR project at Pratt & Whitney, Canada. • Hands on experience as Pilot/ Team coordinator in implementing ISO 9001:2000, AS9100 and ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) a customer quality tool. • Worked as certified internal Auditor for AS9100 activities.

Design Liaison Engineering Department (Technical Publication Department) • Providing disposition action as Concessions (Repair schemes) for the Non-Conformance which are arise at Manufacturing and Overhaul shops • Preparing salvage schemes for various engine components to minimize lead time in Non-Conformance study • Involved in Indigenization activity of Aero-engine

• Hands on experience in inspection of Press tools, Injection moulds, Jigs and fixtures. • Worked in different areas of Quality Departments like Inward inspection, Stage inspection, Process inspection, Tooling inspection and Final inspection • Knowledge in calibration of Measuring instruments and Gauges. • Coordinating with Design and manufacturing Department in Reverse engineering process. • Worked in Deploying ISO 9001:2000 & ISO/ TS 16949.
