Supporting Web applications, users, and application. Providing support for Web systems worldwide for 24x7 availability to our customers. Troubleshoot problems across different technology stacks - such as networking, databases,web/application servers, operating systems and applications to identify and correct operational. Adapting business requirements into system requirements and working as part of project teams to devise solutions to business goals.

Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications and operating systems, which inclusive of implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring. Perform systems (Linux & Windows platform) installation and setup, systems monitoring, system performance tuning and system resources. Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users. Assists and guide team member to solve the issue.
