- Lead a team by taking ownership of building a new Ruby on Rails B2B2C app. This unblocked the team to work on their tasks independently. Conducted code reviews on the project. - Lead the complete rebranding of a product whose codebase had a challenging amount of technical debt. Resulting work led to documentation efforts that reduced the cycle time of related tasks for the team and made them more autonomous - Improved engagement & sense of belonging among team members. - Played an anchor role to successfully update payment systems to be PSD2 SCA compliant especially under stringent timelines, emotionally challenging circumstances & when the team was understaffed. This enabled the business to carry on as usual once SCA was live EU wide - Collaborated with customers, integration partners & their developers to improve various add-on integrations. This further strengthened Cobot’s core product offerings and further improved the relationships with their existing customers

- Worked on successfully delivering a completely new flights module as part of Kaligo’s Travel Edge platform. This mainly included integrating functionalities related to checkout and search. - Worked on adding a new OTP feature to complement Kaligo’s existing product offerings

- Worked on new projects that involved launching of new channels like Travel Insurance, Personal Loans using a Rails Engine architecture in a completely new market - Hong Kong - Worked on building two services(using two completely new languages - Golang and Elixir) related to a Unified Login system that would be leveraged across all our existing and new applications at MoneySmart

- Added performance optimizations that ensured smoother functioning of a critical section(checkout) of the website for one of their digital sales whose revenue almost equalled that from retail sales. - Added enhancements like improving the site search functionality along side working on other tasks. - Added enhancements like a Refunds feature and the ability to generate some reports in the Order Management System that would help various teams using the system to work more efficiently

- As part of revamping ​Saral PayPack Cloud(​ a payroll software), I had the opportunity to play an important role to ensure that new UI integration in the client project was done by adhering to some best practices. This way the software was better equipped to manage assets in the front end. - Worked on other project requirements and wrote some ​posts of my learnings​ along the way.

- Worked on adding performance enhancements that reduced the round trip time between the main app(customer facing) and the app platform for requests that originated from the main app. - Worked on a few feature enhancements and bug fixes that would help enrich the overall customer experience of using this product. - Developed new features for the Better Promotions Forecasting project that would help Tesco cut wastage costs with respect to the ordered inventory for each of their sales that happened throughout the year. - Was involved in the successful transitioning of the Better Promotions Forecasting Project from UK to India. Worked out of UK for 3 months as part of this effort. - Played an anchor role in spinning off a new promotions forecasting system for ​Tesco Direct.

- Social Tango(An Enterprise Social Network - internal project) - Played an active role to help improve the overall performance in various parts of the application including critical sections of the platform like the home page. - Worked on tasks(new features, bug fixes etc.,) that would help improve the overall engagement in the platform.

- United Prosperity​(Helps poor entrepreneurs) - PA Trainee [ Apr ‘11 - Sep ‘11, 6 months ] - With less than a year's work experience and as a trainee, I had a wonderful opportunity to work single handedly on this project - Fixed some bugs and added certain feature enhancements to the application.
