Ing. Mohsen Bayat

I am currently working in the NPD department of IKCO, a major automobile manufacturing company in Iran, as both a packaging engineer and Exhaust systems designer.

While working as both a designer and programmer, I gained extensive experience in programming and techniques of high precision machining as well as millings, drilling, boring, thread mill. I wrote a Solidcam program that posted G codes to milling machines. I also designed and oversaw the manufacturing of various complicated fixtures and worked with 4 uh and 5 axis machines.

Designed and supervised the manufacturing of conveyer belt, production of fixtures and a two-tons-capacity cargo transporter. Underwent various training programs including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and practically implemented the techniques in assigned projects.
