- Manage the performance of tellers ,back office (customer support) & services reps towards achieving the agreed upon annual objective. - Verify Service & Quality - Diligently enforcing, controlling & monitoring the cash transactions processed in the branches of the zone . - Enhance excellent ATM performance (replenishment, maintenance & risk calls) - Ensure that all ledgers are maintaining their right nature ,suspense accounts are zero and that the monthly proofing is maintained on accounts payables

manage the teller department , handle problems , help to settle any difference(over and shorts ) in cash, review Journal entries during the day hour (150 transactions for each teller ) that we have 8 tellers in counter and 3 tellers in missions at UNDP , Marriott Hotel , Delegation of Europe, LOFTAHANZA(THE British AIR WAYES) &checking and counting contents of each teller box at end of day and that balances agree with branch records.
