Consultancy opportunity detection, Client Assessments, AS-IS assessment and TO-BE proposal for BPM processes, SOA Integration Road map planning. I collaborated with an international team in order to develop SOA services and Application Interfaces; I was also responsible for the development of services for new and legacy applications; designed and documented technology solutions for TIBCO BusinessWorks; participate in some projects as a development lead.
