Have predominantly worked on the following domains GRC, Internal Controls, IT Auditing in Fintech (ISAE3402, HIPAA, TISAX, ISRS4400, ISO, CCPA, CSL), Consumer Security Products, Virtualization, Storage and Cluster servers, Cyber and Endpoint Security, Embedded System, and FinTech & Banking.

Ø Coordinate among the delivery teams to implement client-specific projects. Ø Creating process and control documentation for ISO 27001, ISRS 4400 and ISAE Type II certifications. Ø Liaison between the external auditors and internal teams to manage the audit scope and internal controls. Ø Creating Infrastructure Design documents to onboard new customers during the mobilization/inception phase. Ø Involved in the creation of group-level policies and process documentation.

1. Worked on CRYENGINE user guide, Beginner’s Guide, C# and C++ scripting tutorials for CRYENGINE. 2. Created Game Tutorials using CRYENGINE Sandbox, and also contributed to the Technical API documentation. 3. Research and implement new documentation platforms for the CRYENGINE products. 4. Involved in migration of the current documents from Confluence to the new platform.

1. Created documents for new offerings such as Recovery as a Service (RaaS) products using Agile based Scrum iterations process. And also on Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security, and Identity Safe. 2. Worked on cross-platform API documentation of Veritas Cluster Servers and Storage Foundation and High Availability in Linux, Solaris, and AIX platforms. 3. Followed agile process for creating documents, and scheduled Scrum meetings.
