Freelance experience in numerical simulation honed my skills in using FEA, CFD, and other tools. I optimized product design and identified deficiencies in projects involving multiphase flow, aerodynamics, and FSI. Passionate about knowledge transfer, I also instructed students in CFD, Fortran, and core engineering principles, fostering strong teamwork through collaboration on CAD, grid generation, and result processing.

Leveraging my expertise in materials and adherence to standards, I possess a good skillset in inspection and quality control. This includes performing tests on facilities (PSVs, pressure vessels, furnaces),and also turbomachinery (steam turbines, compressors, pumps) for PM and failure analysis, conducting welding inspections and NDT (PT&VT) tests, and ensuring quality control and dimensional accuracy of purchased components. I've also built strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and management.

I previously utilized computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software to perform detailed numerical simulations of centrifugal fans. This involved analyzing the impact of varying blade angles on performance metrics, providing valuable insights into fan design optimization. My experience extends beyond fans, as I have also used HAP software to assess heating and cooling loads for buildings.

Demonstrating attention to detail, I meticulously reviewed project drawings to ensure adherence to specifications. This experience not only sharpened my technical skills but also fostered the development of strong soft skills, allowing me to adapt and thrive within a factory environment.
