    Implementing autonomous driving system with a reinforcement learning–based controller and perception. Developed a custom C-to-RISC-V Vector Extension with intrinsic functions transpiler to accelerate perception and control workloads. Deployed the system on embedded hardware (HIL: Hardware in the loop) with ros2, with perception running on NVIDIA Jetson Nano and control on the Canaan Kendryte K230, communicating via Ethernet. Validated performance in the CARLA Simulator

Design of sensor configurations for a cleaning robot with a focus on safety (ISO 13849), integrating bumpers, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and cameras. Integration and optimization of the Cartographer SLAM system on a real robot, improving navigation performance by tuning parameters and modifying the ROS node to dynamically fuse landmarks into the map.

My responsibilities included studying the existing wiring, designing an updated electrical scheme in AutoCAD Electrical, developing the control program in TIA Portal, and creating the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for operator control.
